The Original Frameless Shower Doors® began with a simple idea: there had to be a better way to design, manufacture, buy, and install a shower door.

What started in South Florida with our founder installing shower doors out of a van grew into a company dedicated to changing an entire industry.

Today, more than three decades later, we’re still doing exactly that.

Every Big Story Has a Beginning.

Ours started on the road.

In the early days, our founder traveled throughout South Florida installing shower doors directly for customers. That original van would eventually travel more than 200,000 miles.

Those thousands of installations provided something invaluable: firsthand experience.

We learned what homeowners wanted. We saw the problems installers faced. We discovered where traditional shower enclosures fell short.

And instead of accepting that as simply “the way shower doors are done,” we started looking for better ways to do it.

That mindset became the foundation of The Original Frameless Shower Doors®.

We Didn’t Just Remove the Frame

Traditional shower enclosures relied heavily on metal framing, tracks, and channels that interrupted the view of the glass and the bathroom surrounding it.

We believed the shower enclosure could be different.

Cleaner.
More open.
More beautiful.

By minimizing bulky framing and allowing the glass to become the centerpiece, the frameless shower enclosure transformed from something purely functional into an important part of bathroom design.

It’s a philosophy that continues to influence everything we create today.

Then We Took Control of the Process

Design It. Make It. Stand Behind It.

As Frameless grew, we didn’t want to become simply another company selling someone else’s glass.

We wanted control over the product.

So we invested in our own manufacturing capabilities, technology, equipment, and people.

Today, custom shower enclosures are produced at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility using advanced glass fabrication equipment alongside the experience and craftsmanship of our glass professionals.

Being the manufacturer allows us to oversee more of the journey—from the dimensions and design of the enclosure to fabrication, inspection, packaging, shipping, and professional installation where available.

We don’t just put our name on the shower door. We make it.

StayCLEAN® protective glass technology was developed to help protect shower glass against water spots, stains, mineral deposits, and everyday buildup while making routine maintenance easier.

Frameless University™

We even created our own training program.

Professional installers learn the products, hardware, techniques, and attention to detail required to properly install the custom enclosures we manufacture.
